BECOME A MENTOR OR MENTEE
- Mentor: As a mentor, you will serve as a role model to help someone achieve his/her personal growth or learn more about themselves. The simple things that may seem easy or straightforward to you now may be a complete mystery to a young person.
- Mentee: As a mentee you will be signing up to be guided or tutored by someone more experienced. But the mentor has no obligations to promote or sponsor you as a mentee, this is solely just to offer guidance or training. The relationship may be a short one, lasting only a few weeks or months or years depending on your capacity to nurture the relationship.
